After reading your answers/ideas with your project, we can make you a detailed quote (in English of course) so you can get an precise cost for buying and installing the courts. You will also see all optionals and what they cost extra. We even make you an estimation of the cost for the transport.

We support you with all our experience & passion for padel/ business

Of course JuBo Padel will support you with all our knowledge about padel courts and projects for padel. We welcome you any time to come to Alicate to visit our factory/warehouse/office, try the courts and of course meet the whole team behind JuBo Padel. We are collaborating with Padel Mansion (www.padelmansion.com) that will give you the best accommodation experience. 

Production & Preparations

Efter signed order and first payment we will start producing your courts. You will receive photos and report when they are ready to be loaded from the warehouse. We will keep you fully informed about when we load, and after that also send you complete instructions for the unloading.

Delivery & Unloading

We always load our courts as agreed and when they are on their way we will keep you informed about which day the truck will arrive. We will give you heads up 2 days ahead and let you know when we know the exact time for the arrival. The unloading you will arrange locally with specialists. We support with unloading manual (you are responsible for the unloading and to put the material where the courts will be. 

Installation

Installation will take place after agreement. We can offer both full teams (3 persons) that also is the most usual way, that install one court in apprx 3-4 days. We can also send a supervisor (the cost will be lower) that lead your local team of 2-3 people and help them to install.

Inspection & After sale

When the team has finished the installation you will do an inspection together with the team and they will give you their best advice for service and maintenance (of course you will also get a guide for this). We are anxious that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we have created a Supportgroup only for you, to back you up with the best service and support.

Warranty

We supply you with our own 5 years Warranty of the construction. But also 5-7 years Product Warranty from our suppliers of Turf (Juta & Mondo). And 5 years Product Warranty from our supplier of illumination (please notice that the Warranty involves replacement of the illumination, not to uninstall the old one and install the new one). 

Service & Maintenance

If you need spareparts we will send by courier as soon as we know your need. Please also make sure to contact any local company that do service and maintenance of the court/s. If we are close we will always try to help you and give you a good, customer price for the spare parts.
